Yuriko Tada, AMFT
About Me

My name is Yuri, and I am here to help navigate life’s challenges and hurdles with you.
Knowing you are not alone when faced with struggles and moments of difficulty can be a relief. My goal is to be your trusted support and sounding board. I work with individuals who are having relationship problems such as family interpersonal conflicts, parenting issues, coping with loss, aging, or struggling with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I also have experience working with children facing social and academic challenges at school and those struggling with family dynamics that impact social relationships and behavioral issues. As a therapist, my aim is to offer counseling that recognizes each person’s unique blend of cultural experience and perspective. Within this framework, I seek to provide a supportive environment to explore one’s cultural identity and to help clients cultivate a deeper understanding of personal and professional relationships. In my perspective, cultural diversity is a strength and
informs my therapeutic approach and relationships.
