Through a warm, intuitive, and heart-centered therapeutic style, I work in collaboration with my clients to build a safe and non judgemental space to be truly seen and heard. I draw from a humanistic approach that is strengths-based and person-centered to focus on a person’s innate potential rather than pathologies and shortcomings. With my training as an Expressive Arts Therapist, I invite opportunities to weave both verbal and non-verbal “multi-modal” approaches such as drawing, creative writing, and music to deepen the capacity for self-compassion, personal insight, and emotional awareness. It is my goal to affirm each person’s unique experience and develop practical tools to support my clients therapeutic goals.
