Program Description
Blue Humming Therapy’s Diversity Competent Mental Health Support Program is a tailored, co created experience designed to support individuals and organizations in exploring how culture, race, gender, identity, and lived experience shape mental health and access to care.
Rather than offering a one size fits all DEI curriculum, BHT partners closely with each organization to design a program that meets participants where they are. Through guided conversations, real life scenarios, reflective exercises, and emotionally supportive facilitation, participants are invited to build awareness at a sustainable pace.
Encouraging Curiosity for Greater Understanding
We recognize that DEI conversations can bring discomfort, uncertainty, and emotional tension. Our approach honors this reality by creating spaces where curiosity is encouraged, mistakes are treated as part of learning, and emotional safety is prioritized. Small, meaningful steps toward understanding are valued as much as knowledge itself.
BHT bridges awareness and action not through pressure or performance, but through compassion, presence, and practical tools that support lasting cultural change.
Available as interactive workshops, panel discussions, or a customized organizational training series.
