Training Workshops & Seminars:

We generally work with small groups, schools, nonprofits, companies, and communities. However, our training and workshops are custom-designed to suit the specific needs of each group and organization we serve. Please book a free virtual consultation to discuss how we can tailor training or workshops to your group or organization.

We will work closely with your group to develop a plan and schedule that is right for your attendees and organizational goals. The workshop duration and frequency may vary based on group size, lesson topic, availability, and or other variables.

We offer both in-person and online workshops, depending on your location, preferences, and circumstances.

Yes, we are happy to create a customized workshop or training that aligns with the specific needs of your organization or group. Please share your requirements and we will collaborate with you to design the ideal program.

We offer a broad range of workshops, seminars, and training topics, including stress management, diversity, mindfulness, and nontraditional mental health support approaches. Please refer to this link for a list of topics we currently offer. If you’re interested in a topic that is not on this list, please let us know, and we can develop a plan together.

Fees vary depending on the program, workshop length, and any special requirements (such as translation services). Please let us know your preferences and budget, and we will work within these requirements.

Our workshops are typically led by Clinical Counselors. Depending on the structure and topic of the workshop, we may also invite other professionals or translators to assist.
